DESSERT TABLE, CANDY BUFFET, AND ICE CREAM BAR ♥

Delectable P.I.E.S. Couture Dessert Table Designs is a Houston based dessert buffet design team. Each table incorporates custom sweets and details to make your event memorable. If you have an event coming up, consider Delectable P.I.E.S. for your dessert table! If you have a particular theme in mind or need help creating one, dessert stylists, Delectable P.I.E.S. will work with you to create a customized table to amaze your guests. 

Prices for a dessert buffet are very variable depending on the number of guests and the items you choose for your table. We can either just provide the desserts for the decorator to include on their design, order the desserts in boxes for you or your planner to arrange, or we can take care of the whole table including table cloths, trays, etc. This cost would not include the price of the desserts. We do calculate about 3-4 pieces per guest.


So whether you are planning an elegant wedding, trunk show at your bridal salon, an imaginative birthday, or a chic promotional party, Delectable P.I.E.S. will create something unforgettably sweet for you and your guests.

SWAG BAGS ♥

If you would like for your guests to leave your event with a sweet treat, then this is a great option for you. Delectable P.I.E.S. will create Swag Bags with treats that you select, your company label and/or business card, and well as ours. All we need from you is the number of guests that will be attending your event, your dessert selections, your color scheme and we will do the rest!

CANDY BUFFET ♥

If you would like to add candy to your dessert table, then this is for you. You will be able to choose which candies you would like to be added to your Candy Buffet.

Our standard Candy Table starts at $200.00. This cost includes:

Attendant to maintain and refill your couture candy buffet - $20/hr



ICE CREAM BAR ♥

If you would like to add ice cream to your dessert table, then this is for you. This will be your events Ice Cream Parlor. You will be able to choose which ice cream flavors and topping you would like to be added to your dessert table.

Our standard Ice Cream Bar starts at $175.00. This cost includes:

FAQs ♥

How far in advance do I have to place an order?
Most events should be booked about 2-3 months out. At the bare minimum, at least 45 days prior to your event. Booking your event in a timely manner ensures that we are able to order the candy in the specific colors you would like, allows for unexpected shipping delays, and you will be able to get the date and time you would like. We do recommend booking your date as soon as you have it because we may fill up quickly, especially on Saturdays.

Basic Dessert Tables
Pricing for basic dessert tables starts at $200.

This includes:

  • rental of glassware
  • table set-up and breakdown
  • take-home bags/boxes for your guests to fill up with desserts 
  • styling
  • basic table linen
  • scoops/tongs
  • 30 Classic Cakeypops of your choice (max of 2 Cake Flavors) 
  • 30 chocolate covered pretzels 
  • 1 medium Haute Couture Popcorn Flavor of your choice 
  • Delivery is an additional cost
  • Attendant to maintain and refill your couture dessert table - $20/hr

Some dessert options available are but not limited to the items below.  Each item can be customized.

Custom Dessert Tables
Pricing for custom dessert tables starts at $300. These are dessert tables that have a theme and will require additional styling and detailing.

This includes:

  • rental of glassware
  • custom designed tablescape concept encompassing your theme
  • colors and details
  • labels for each dessert
  • table set-up and breakdown
  • take-home bags/boxes for your guests to fill up with desserts 
  • styling
  • basic table linen
  • scoops/tongs
  • 60 Classic Cakeypops of your choice (max of 2 Cake Flavors) 
  • 60 chocolate covered pretzels 
  • 2 medium Haute Couture Popcorn Flavors of your choice 
  • Delivery is an additional cost
