When Can I Order? ♥

Please order 7 days in advance. HOWEVER, if you need it today or tomorrow and DELECTABLE P.I.E.S. ♥ has an opening, we can do it for you :) For large orders, please order 2 weeks in advance. Short notice subject to rush fee.

Because of our size, our bakery is currently operated privately and is not open to the public, therefore we do not have any treats pre-made for sale. Every treat we make is custom made to order from start to finish.

Please understand that we are creating a homemade treat that takes much time and effort and uses pricey ingredients, so please don’t commit to an order if you’re not 100% certain that this is what you want for your order.

Delivery & Shipping ♥

Delivery:

We are happy to deliver our desserts!!! Delivery is available for Houston, TX. Delivery fees are:

♥ FREE within 610
♥ $5 to $10 between 610 & Beltway 8
♥ $10 to $15 outside of Beltway 8

ALL deliveries will be during the evenings after 6pm and anytime on Saturday and Sunday.

Shipping:
Delectable P.I.E.S. ONLY ships CakeyPops and Caramel Covered Apples! Shipping costs will depend on location.

Shipping Schedule:

Mondays & Tuesdays - 3 Day Shipping
Wednesdays - 2 Day Shipping

Important Shipping Information

Due to the perishable nature of our cakeypops, we can only ship on Monday or Tuesday if you select Ground Shipping. If you select 2-Day Air or Overnight, we can also ship on Wednesday. Our cakeypops are made-to-order, so any orders placed after noon (Central) on Tuesday will ship the following Monday. Please be sure to note your preferred shipping date in the comments box during checkout. We will do our best to ship it on that date. It is very important that you select the address where you or your recipient is most likely to be (home or work) when FedEx delivers. We cannot be held liable for orders not picked up within 8 hours of arrival.

How Do I Pay ♥

It's easy as 1-2-3!!!

1. Please fill out order form
2. When submitted, you will receive an e-mail from Delectable P.I.E.S. confirming order
3. Delectable P.I.E.S. will ask you to specify how you would like to pay for your order. Delectable P.I.E.S. takes payments through PAYPAL (Credit Card), Cash, or Check.

If you are paying by Credit Card (PAYPAL), Delectable P.I.E.S. will send you an e-mail with your full amount to pay using PAYPAL. This amount will also include delivery, shipping, or anything else you add to your order. You will click the link provided and pay for your order.

Paypal is a third party used to ensure security when making a credit card payment online. Paypal is secure and insured.

Because treats are a food item and cannot be resold, we do not offer refunds. (please note that we are willing to make exceptions for extenuating circumstances and will gladly discuss your options). There is no refund on orders canceled within 5 days of the event date.
