Jason is having a great summer! He loves being outside playing, as all boys do. Cars and trucks are his favorite toys! His new favorite is motorcycles. He just squeals, hollers and points when he sees or hears one coming down the road! He loves helping his dad wash the cars and playing with the water hose! I got some really cute pics of him playing with the water hose and some funny ones, too! He loves collecting rocks in his miniature wagon. Bird-watching is another favorite past time of his. He is thoroughly enjoying his ride-on toys. One of them my friend gave him for his 1st birthday (firetruck) and the other we just bought him the other night (Lightning McQueen Cars).

He has also fell in love with eating bananas! Which greatly surprised me because he has refused them for so long. Actually his grandma is responsible for that! He ate 3 bananas in a setting at her house one afternoon before I came to pick him up! I was in shock as he ate his 4th one for the afternoon in front of me! Our little guy never ceases to amaze me!

At his 15 month check-up he weighed in at 25.5 lbs. and is 32.5 inches tall. I think he is going to take after his 7 uncles with his height!

Children truly are a Blessing from the Lord!

 

It's been a while since I've updated his site. For some reason I haven't been able to access it, for a long time it was saying it was unable to connect! Silly technology! Oh well, now I am to get to it so I can update!

 

6/21/2009-Jason started walking! I thought he would never walk! He loves his new mobility! He just squeals in delight sometimes when he walking around or when daddy and I chase him!

 

7/8/09-As I was brushing Jason's teethe last night I found that he had FINALLY broken the 2 top molars out! He has been working on them for a while. We knew he had been fussy for some reason. Jason is not normally a fussy baby. He is generally happy all the time unless it's nap time, bed time, sick(we've been fortunate that's only happened 3 times!) or teething!

We decorated the Christmas tree the day after Thanksgiving. Jason had so much fun! He was trying to eat the ribbon, the balls and any other decor I had laying out! Don and I took the opportunity to snap a bunch of pictures. After I decorated the tree, I dressed him in several outfits including his birthday suit to take more pictures of him for the Christmas card! :) He is so much fun! We are so blessed to have such a wonderful baby boy! This will be his First Christmas so we are trying to make it special for him even though he won't remember it, we will have plenty of pictures for him to look at when he is older.

He is trying to cut his top teethe in right now. He is being really fussy at times. He is still so sweet despite the pain he's feeling. We love you Jason!

I have been searching for them for a month now. I finally felt them last night(11/20/08)! WOW their sharp!He has been really fussy this week and now I know why! Their not big enough to see yet. As soon as they are I will post pictures! He is such a good baby! Despite his teethe bothering him, he is still sleeping through the night and being just as happy as he can be! He is just a little angel! We love him so much!

Jason is 6 months old! I made him a cake and he had so much fun with it! I originally had no intentions of letting him touch it but he had other ideas!!!! I was just going to get a picture with him and the cake! It turned out to be so much fun! His 1st birthday is going to be a blast if does what he did with this cake! Jason, we love you! Happy 1/2 Birthday!
He also went to the doctor. He weighed 20lbs. 3oz. and is 27.5 inches long! WOW, your a big boy Jason Donald!

(Jason is sleeping right now that's how I am able to write! :) )

Jason had a very busy October! He sat up on his own for the first time, ate his first cereal, went to his first State Fair and has started scooting backwards on his hands and knees! He also went to his 3rd car show! He is growing up so fast! He will be 6 months old next week! It seems like yesterday he was born! He has started this new thing "screaming" for fun! Yes, he will look at his dad and just scream with excitement! I think it is quite funny~! Believe it or not I encourage him to do it! He is such a little wild indian and so much fun! My weekends and evenings with him are just not long enough! Fortunately he doesn't go to daycare he gets to stay with Daddy during the day! We are very blessed to be able to do that.

 

Jason is so spoiled! He wants attention constantly if he if awake! We were trying to watch CSI last night and he would fuss until one of us would turn around and play with him!!! Of course we made him that way so I can't complain. I always told Don before he was born that I was going to spoil him rotten and I have done a good job of that (of course Don has done his part too! :)). I love that little boy so much!!! I never realized how much lovew I would have for him before he was born!!! It really amazes me what a precious baby will do to your heart!        

Jason is growing up so fast! He is already 4 months old! He is so friendly and sweet! We went to the doctor with his daddy this morning and he was smiling and cooing at everyone in the waiting room! He loves attention and is very spoiled(and that's the way we want it to be ALWAYS!)!!!! He is a very good baby! I think he is starting to teethe. He chews on his hands incessantly! We are very blessed to have such a wonderful child! :)
