Designs of Excellence - Order Form

D.O.E "Payment/Order Request Information"

Pricing/Rates:

Designs of Excellence (DOE) base design rate is $40.00 per hour.  We hold a high level of integrity in charging for actual art time and keeping it to a minimum.  All projects vary in time and are really dependent on the needs ot the client and specific project.  Prices will vary based on artwork provided to D.O.E, how much artwork is added to the product and changes made to artwork.   Call 804.279.6705 or email us at davis.bernadette@yahoo.com and we will be happy to work with you. D.O.E will contact client in 1 to 2 Business days after meeting with client or receipt of the Order Form to inform them of the price of their order.  

 Other/Deposit:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of Order before DOE begins work on any orders, fee will count toward purchase. The remaining balance will be invoiced upon completion of the work.  If additional charges have been incurred, you will be e-mailed in advance of your final invoice. Product/designs will NOT be emailed or shipped until the full balance has been paid. 

 **Turnaround Time:

 Production time is normally 10-20 business days for card products (all other products will be discussed at time of order).  An "Order Form" will be e-mailed to you to fill out and return to me which will help me identify your needs. The timeframe will be extended if it is difficult to contact you, and will be based upon receipt of your completed "Order Form."  Clients will be notified via email to let you know when your design will begin. While we try to make this time shorter, it cannot be guaranteed without a rush fee being charged.  

 **Payment Terms:

Secure online credit card processing is provided by “PayPal” (https://www.paypal.com/shopnow).

Invoice will be sent to you via E-mail (service@paypal.com), you can choose to pay with your "PayPal" account or "Credit Card" card method.

**Delivery:  

All designs/products will be e-mailed to you as a file or read only/print-ready file (i.e. pdf, ppt, doc, xls).   If files are too large to be sent via e-mail a CD, will be mailed to you

**Printing:

Pricing is for design only.  If you are in need of print service, it can be negotiated via e-mail.   

**Project Cancelations:

Should client or designer stop the project at any time during the development period, designer will invoice for work completed up to the point of termination.  Costs incurred for artwork, plates, composition and all work accomplished prior to cancellation will be billed. A minimum charge of $75 for cancellation will apply (Charge will be based on total cost of product/design), unless the order has not been processed in our order entry.
