There are TWO files posted and ONE link; general information, online ticket information & a web link to the course map (to large to upload to our website). It is highly recommended that you buy your tickets online to avoid long lines.

Monday, October 17th, is the Greater Lansing Jr XC Championship meet. Everyone should report to the DeWitt XC course to volunteer at the meet. There will be no team practice. After the meet there is a team dinner at Kayla Hanses' house.
Information for the MHSAA XC Regionals has been posted on the message board. Race times have also been added to the calendar.
If you are attending the Portage meet, please be sure to check www.portageinvite.com for information regarding spectator parking.
Angie Knauff (Natalie's mother) has been taking pictures along with me at the meets & I wanted to give her a special thank you! I genuinely appreciate my co-photographer's assistance :) If you see Angie out on the course 'shooting' our XC girls, but sure to thank her for her dedication & time.
There is a dinner for those who volunteered for the Capital City River Run @ 6pm on Wednesday, September 28th. The dinner will be held at Impression 5.
The meet time has been changed for the Haslett Invitational on Saturday, October 1st. The schedule & calendar have both been updated. You can find the meet information & course map on the message board.
Girls & drivers: Please report to the high school’s North parking lot by 7:30 AM. Coach will give the drivers their information packet at the MSU meet. Everyone needs to be on the CCRR run course by 8:00 AM. Race starts at 8:30 AM.

A huge Thank You to all of you who helped rake the snakes section of the course for me in preparation for the Kellie Sebrell Memorial 5K Run/Walk this Sunday. You did in one day what it usually takes me three or four evenings to do by myself, putting me ahead of schedule with my course preparations for race day.
Your efforts are much appreciated and I hope to see you all there on Sunday. Good luck this season, I will be watching results.
