This small porch was built after tearing down a rotten, quite dangerous existing porch.

This deck was for a rental unit, therefore served primarily for functionality. I think it looks alright too, however..
Bathroom Floor Replacement

The customer wanted this bathroom floor replaced in his rental unit.
