Hi! I’m Sarah Doremus, wife and part-time graphic designer as well as the artist/photographer behind Doormouse Doodles, the name under which my multimedia works are given a public platform.
Doormouse Doodles started as a blog in 2009 to share everything from invitations, digital illustrations, and stationery to 3D art and various photography projects; now, however, what began as a small enterprise has grown to begin widely sharing various handmade treasures and opening the theoretical doors to book sittings beyond the immediate locale.
I love to shoot in natural light both indoors and out because natural light, if used correctly, showcases eyes and features most strikingly! I have a special love for personalized maternity photography, newborn photography done in the first 10 days of baby's life, and, being a musician myself, musician and band portraiture.
