2012 Dunson Mill Village Reunion

Plans are progressing for this year's Reunion.  The planning committee has had it's second meeting.  The date has been set for September 29th, 2012.  There will be no Friday night event this year.  The Committee has decided to concentrate all their efforts on the Saturday event to make it even better. 

The reunion will be held at the First United Methodist Church Fellowship Center.  There should be ample lighting and air conditioning to make everyone comfortable.  There is also a stage where we can provide quality entertainment for you to enjoy. 

The meal has not been decided yet so if you have comments/suggestions, please notify me at jerry@dunsonmillvillage.com.  We are also looking at reducing the price of the meal this year through the use of sponsorships.  The details haven't been worked out yet but I plan to have Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum levels.  So if you know someone that would like to be a sponsor have them contact me and we'll get it set up.  The benefits of a sponsorship are 1 full year of advertising on the Dunson websites where we currently have over 3500 visits a year with more than 7600 page visits as well as recognition in the program. 

For our entertainment this year, we want to showcase our young descendants of the Dunson Mill Village families.  So far, we have four prospective entertainers but need more.  If you have a talented child/grandchild/great grandchild you would like to share with us, contact Teena McManus at teena7920@yahoo.com or jerry@dunsonmillvillage.com.  We will also have some of the same type entertainment we had last year with a combination of live performances and karaoke type performances.
