Any interest in having a Community Garage Sale the weekend of June 15-17??? Know it's Father's Day weekend, but what better way to say Happy Father's Day than giving the man back his garage space!!! :-D
Architectural Review Committee Requests
Springtime is here and many residents are considering improvements to their property such as decks, storage buildings, pools and landscaping. Please remember to submit and receive approval of an ARC Request PRIOR to commencing work on these projects. The form for submitting the plans and specifications for a project is contained on this website. The committee will also need to review a copy of your plot plan to insure that permenant building improvements do not encroach into utility or drainage easements. You should provide a copy of your plot plan when submitting the ARC Request form. If you have any questions or need help with submitting a form, email the ARC Chair Person at
