We customize every plan we build.  This 1817 sf one-level home has been popular with our customers for its spacious rooms and ease of living.  While we have built it many times, we have never built it the same way twice.  In this version, we expanded the kitchen and rearranged the master bathroom.  When we meet with our clients, we listen to how you use your living spaces.  Then we work with you to make your floorplan exactly the way you want it.
