The week 1 schedule can be found below.Due to several request by teams to have byes due to school vacation travel the season schedule will not go up until next week. Clubs or towns with multiple teams in divisions have been schedule when possible to play each other the first week to allow for player movement in order to meet team needs due to the extraordinary circumstances posed by the school winter break.

All teams will play four games during the mini-season followed by a playoff. Some games will be scheduled as double headers depending on the division. Saturday evening games are available for teams with Sunday conflicts such as CCD, and school related functions. Please email Tim Kaliff if Saturday games are an occassional option for your team.

The schedule has been posted for play-offs this Sunday at Durfee High School. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to game times posted. Schedules should be checked prior to Sunday in case a last minute change needed to be made. Changes going forward will be due to facility changes at the request of the school department.
In divisions with an odd number of teams play-in games are afforded so that all teams may participate. It is our philosophy that whenever possible all teams should participate in play-offs as every team worked hard and improved over the season.

Due to the tremendous success of our SOUTH COAST FUTSAL LEAGUE and growth of Futsal worldwide, NewEngland Futsal is pleased to announce the details for the SECOND SESSION OF FUTSAL AT DURFEE!
The league will be comprised of four games plus play-offs.All games shall be played on Sunday afternoons, at the spectacular Durfee Field House, located at 360 Elsbree st – Fall River ,MA.
All games will be governed by U.S.FUTSAL and FIFA.
Duration of games will be 2 twenty minutes halves, with running clock.

· Each team will play at least 3 matches. Each match will be 25 minutes long (no half time). Championship games (finals) will be comprised of two 20 minute halves, followed by extra time and penalty kicks if needed.
· Team rosters are limited to 8 players and 1 coach within registration fee.
· The team registration fee is $275 if received on or before January 15, 2012 . ( All fees included) $350 if received after January 15, 2012.
· The registration deadline is January 18, 2012.
* Space is limited and registrations will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.
· New England Futsal will register up to 8 players and 1 coach with US Futsal® prior to competing in the event.
· There will be a $100 non-refundable service fee. It is already included in the price of the registration fee.
· The top team in each age division will qualify for the U.S. Futsal® Northeast / Mid-Atlantic Region Championship in Wildwood, NJ February 18 – 20, 2012. The winners of the region qualify for the US Futsal® National Championship in Anaheim, CA.

We are fortunate to have the use of these great facilities but we are second to all interscholastic sports held at the school which sometimes causes last minute conflicts and loss of the entire or part of the facility.

New England Futsal is pleased to announce the 2011-2012 Futsal Season. Last year's 7-week format was very successful and this year's demand is higher. This year we offer a Premier and a developmental program.
The Premier program plays games on Sundays and includes ages U10, U12, U14 club teams plus High School JV and Varsity teams of boys and girls.
The Developmental program plays on Saturdays and includes town recreational teams and academy club players.
Both Saturday and Sunday games are played at the Durfee High School or at the Bishop Connoly High School. Both facilities are located in Fall River and across from each other.
Cost: $450.00 per team (discount for multiple team registrations from the same club or town program will be offered).
Only United States Futsal Federation certified referees will be used for games.
Games consist of two 20 minute halves, running clock.
Absolutely no double rostering between teams in the same age group will be allowed.
Maximum roster per team is 10 players.

The U12 academy program has been postponed this weekend due to the loss of BMC Durfee as a venue for our leagues this weekend. Additional Clinic times will be added to the schedule to make up for 1/29 and 2/5 in March. The next academy will meet at Durfee High School on 2/12/2011. We apologize for any confusion but unfortunately Durfee High School activities take priority over facility use.

Due to BMC Durfee High School's priority of facility use game location and times needed to be changed for this Satuday's games. The South Coast Futsal League is a youth league attending the area of Fall River and neighboring towns. The league runs during the winter and usually has two sessions of 8 competitive games each.
