The Heli-Invasion
Its Monday morning. The field is quiet. No cars. No Campers. No helicopters. Tables folded; trash gone. Was there even an event ?
YOU BET THERE WAS ! Minimum of 40 campers and motor homes. Over 200 cars, vans, and pickups. And helicopters, helicopters, and more helicopters. The flying was spectacular. The food was awesome thanks to the food vender.
And what can I say about the "Pilots Dinner". Susan and Keith Campbell went all out; Bar-B-Q, country ham, fried chicken, string beans, baked beans, macaroni & cheese, corn on the cob, iced tea, cake.
You missed it.....hey there's always next near !

The October meeting was held on the 10th. Nominations were taken at that meeting. The only contested Officer position is for Vice-President.
The nominations are Tony Hudson and Sal Vezzi.
