Hi Fast Trackers, Happy Friday! I'm so excited to announce that the 2011 Fast Track Retreat will be here in my home town of Hermosa Beach, CA July 8th and 9th! This retreat is going to be amazing, as Gunter, Chad, and I, and all of the awesome Fast Track Trainers, will lead you through an inspiring, educational weekend. Most importantly, it is going to be packed full of fun with fantastic workouts and social events that you won't want to miss.

I have to laugh a bit; I got up really early to go down to the beach to do my blog on the sand where we'll be working out together in July. Needless to say, there had been a few road-blocks, as the waves are expected to get big and crazy right now! Gunter had visions of me getting knocked over by a wave while telling you all about the fantastic upcoming retreat! So, we decided to play it safe and fire this announcement here on our deck.
All kidding aside, please say a special prayer for the people that had been affected by the tragic earthquake in Japan. Life is so fragile, keep in mind to live everyday to the fullest and never take anything for granted.
