FCMS Media Center - fcmsmediacenter

We recently had our 25 Book Read reward. Any student that has read 16+ books since the beginning of the school year was eligible for the reward. Students had free time in the media center during Reading and ELT. While they were there, they were served hot chocolate and cookies. We are VERY proud of each students that is "Striving for 25!"

At the FCMS Media Center, we will be having another Book Fair where EVERYTHING is HALF PRICE!!!! We are not making any kind of profit, we just want to provide an extra opportunity for students and their families to receive some really good books at really low prices! So come on in and shop 'til you drop! Book Fair begins Tuesday, December 8- Tuesday, December 15. We will be open for Family Night on Wednesday, December 9, until 5:00 PM for Family Night.

We had another visit from Chad Crews performing his Magic of Mystery and Horror, Part II. He got everyone's attention with his tricks of telling time and the invisible man, while getting them interested in stories such as Treasure Island, The Time Machine, and The Monkey's Paw. All students that volunteered to assist Chad in his performance had a horrifyingly good time!
