Condo Details

2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, garden style layout on one level

Each bedroom and the living room has a sliding glass door to a deck

All rooms look out to a fabulous view of the summit and trails of Mt. Ellen - The middle picture above was taken from our condo.

Fiddlehead / Ski Area Information

Skiing: Want First Tracks??

Then you will love this Ski out location.

From Fiddlehead, you have lots of options.

1. Sugarbush North - Mt. Ellen - Direct ski-out access. Excellent choice!

2. Sugarbush South - Lincoln Peak - Either ski to South via Slide Brook or drive ~ 4 miles.

3. Mad River Glen - Short drive to the Basebox/Single Chair ~ 5 miles.

We recommend: Step out the door, click into your skis and head down a short trail to the Base, buy a ticket outside. You will be on the lift within 5 minutes. At Mt. Ellen, you will enjoy the surprising and consistent lack of liftlines, the challenging terrain and/or the solitude and beauty of numerous glades and of course, classic northeastern bumps. If you have novices or kids, plan to drop them off at the 'Sunny D' or 'Inverness' gentler slopes while you go exploring!

Lunch: Easy to pack a backpack with your lunch and leave it at the Base Lodge (2nd Floor is the place to be), or buy lunch on mountain.

At the end of the day, no rush! Have a beer at the Green Mtn Lounge, where there is usually live music on Saturdays, and then when you are ready, hike up the short trail home.

When you arrive, take a long soak in the Hot Tub and enjoy a nice evening by the fire.

SUMMER/FALL -

Hiking/Cycling/Golf.

The valley is an outstanding location for golf, hiking and mountain biking.

Golfers - Sugarbush has a gorgeous top notch Robert Trent Jones course. From Sugarbush's website "Take a swing at our Robert Trent Jones, Sr. masterpiece. Jones’ legendary talent is apparent in every one of the 18 holes at Sugarbush Golf Club. Designed with respect for the natural setting and its breathtaking vistas, our par-71 course is as beautiful as the game itself".

Mountain Biking - leave from condo or go to base of Lincoln peak for lift-serviced mountain biking trails.

Hike up Mt. Ellen, access the Long Trail, or get on the nearby Mad River Path.
