Gwinnett County Schools will be administering the Cognitive Abilities Test (CogAT) provided by our Board of Education to all first, third, and fifth grade students. Wednesday 9/21/11 Quantitative

Testing begins daily and promptly at 8:15.

During the testing period, you can help your student’s performance by doing the following: 1) have your child here each day to test 2) encourage your child to do his/her best; and 3) have your child well rested.

Results of the CogAT should arrive in December. Hopefully, your child’s results will be included in his/her re-port card envelope at the end of the second nine week grading period.

Reflections Entries are due on Friday September 30, 2011 by 9:00 a.m.  Volunteers will be available in the lobby to receive the students' entries as they arrive at school.
