Painted prior to the wedding from a group of photos (including one of the dress). The bride commissioned this piece and surprised the groom with it at the reception. I was invited to join them for the unveiling. A very lovely couple. Watercolor on board.

This series is composed of the young troupe of the Hilton Head Island School of Dance. Most were captured as they rehearsed for the Nutcracker. Kelly, however posed for me in my studio and became the beautiful "Blue Dancer", now in a private collection.
