Agreed that fashion has been quirky, freakish and cruel too, but women and girls still vie to get ahead of others in looking good according to the latest trends. And when one gets one’s priorities right regarding food, drink and exercise, one is sure to not get a flat stomach and look great but also achieve great perception of one’s self and body image which will later be enhanced by the kind of clothes and accessories one chooses. In the long run, this contributes a great deal to the person feeling desirable and important.
