ABOUT ME....
My name is Renee Yorkievitz and I am a nurse by day and certified RKC (Russian Kettlebell Certification) instructor at night & weekends, (as well as wife & busy mom of two daughters). My RKC is through Dragon Door, the world leader in all things Kettlebell & all things performance related. I began training with kettlebells in late 2007 & earned my RKC in September 2008 under Master RKC Andrea DuCane on Team DuCane. I was able to assisted at the first Ohio HKC held in Mansfield, OH under Senior RKC Brad Nelson. In August 2010 I was fortunate to assist & fine tune my skills at the San Diego RKC under Team Leader Paul Daniels. Since 2008 I have enjoyed helping people get stronger, move better and amaze themselves in achieving their fitness goals through kettlebell training.
