Welcome to Greg Nelson's shared site where I've posted pictures taken during a part of my U.S. Army enlistment from 1967-70.
The photo tour begins at Fort Sill, OK in 1967, and continues through the trip to Vietnam aboard the USNS General John Pope, Vung Tau and Camp Bearcat, Camp Eagle, the rocket attack on the Gork Amphitheatre, and an unreal awards ceremony following Operation Dewey Canyon I in early 1969.
