A short-term mission trip can be a life-changing experience. It is an opportunity to serve God in a cross-cultural setting and gain a better understanding of God's work in the world, as well as in our own lives.
This is the site for Central Church's short term mission trip to Guatemala. The 2012 trip dates are TBD. We will be working together with Luis Martinez, a missionary with Impacto Ministries.
We will fly into Guatemala City and then travel to San Pedro, a small village on Lake Atitlan. There are small villages around the lake, many are named after the disciples.
Activities may include: providing shoes to village kids, construction, medical, VBS, and working with churches in the area that were planted by the Impact International ministry. This is a great trip for families, married couples and singles.
