Hair Candies - haircandies

Hello! I sell handcrafted horns, cat ears, fox ears, wolf ears, tails, and cyber falls. Everything is my own design and made from start to finish by me. I vend at anime, sci-fi and comic conventions in the Central Florida area, as well as a few outside the state, so if you can, be sure to check out my booth! Convention schedule is at the bottom of the page.

Everything is handmade individually and therefore, unique! Occasionally I discontinue certain color schemes in favor of new ones. Fabrics or components become unavailable. There's always something a little different, and hopefully better. My designs are always improving, as I take into account suggestions and experience with each order or convention. Continuity and quality are both very important to me. I have been crafting for years and pay meticulous attention to detail and construction. I use good materials and don't take shortcuts or do things on the cheap. Long hours and a lot of love go into what I do (on top of a full-time job). My craft is art and I make things that I hope will last and give their future owners lots of joy.

I ship first class, unless requested otherwise. Shipping is $2 for everything except the horns. Horns ship for $3. I can ship priority also; this will be $5. On large orders, shipping is reduced or free! International shipping will be higher. Email for info.

Green Mamba
This is similar to the lime green and black striped horns "Something Wicked" except I blended 2 shades of lime together. It's hard to see in the picture, but the lime stripe has a lighter and darker portion parallel to each other. It looks pretty cool and has been very popular.

Northern Lights
This is one of my most complex mixes. There are more colors in this than any other horns. The predominant colors are green and various shades of purple, with a bit of burgundy and a hint of glitter. It looks really cool in person. Shown with "vitrail medium" rhinestones--they shine a different color depending on the light and match perfectly.

Very popular! Shown here is a newer version of the curl that I created to stand out more. The mannequin's hair is extremely straight, but most people's hair has more body and tends to hide the base of the horn. This newer style helps the horns show more. Red glitter, green glitter and baby pink marbled curly horns with matching light pink ribbons and pewter spider charms.

Completely random design--one of my first sets of horns ever made, and one of my personal favorites, although I don't think I'll make it again unless requested. But it gives you an idea of what the charms look like on the horns. I've also made horns with charms hanging off the end, where the curl is.
