Back when I was a young, aspiring marketer with bigger ideas than know-how you helped encourage me and guide me forward. I am thankful that you believed in me and my idea, but even more so I gained a lot through that experience that I still take with me. And, I have a new passion for finding young, aspiring marketers and helping them with their breakthrough.

It is impossible that today is your 50th Birthday. To me you are 30 (with the wisdom of a 80 year old.)

It was no accident we met that morning at HOW. One door was closing (Gordon) and another opened one opened (you). It is impossible to describe in words how you have inspired me and our design firm. When I said you were the best client and friend ever, I meant it. Helping you "birth" your identity and 3 books have been a joyful journey. Knowing that your work and play changes peoples lives in lasting ways makes our design for you even more meaningful.

You know, despite the rocky start of our friendship (I believe you torn your patellar tendon the second time we met), we have shared better moments since. Hard to believe it, but the most youthful and inspirational soul I know has turned the big FIVE-O! What a great moment!
