Remember Saturday the second at 530 come on out and join us for where our side sounds at Roswell's Riverside Park. The free concert starts at seven and runs until nine, adult beverages are welcome and yes you can even bring your pets.

A very busy week this first week of June
Our first mixer/mingle - Riverside Sounds in Roswell had 14 people show up in spite of the heat, a very good time was had by all we look forward to the July concert. The Atlanta REIA main meeting on Monday had somewhere +/- hundred attendees. There were also almost 40 showing up for the after-hours at the Tilted Kilt, approximately the same number of attendees as some associations Main meeting.
A mixer and mingle or a concert in the park
Regardless of what you call it Atlanta REIA will be having a monthly social event at Roswell’s Riverside Park the first Saturday of each month along with the Riverside Sounds free concert. Our first event will be this coming Saturday, June 4 starting at 5:30 PM. Come out and join us bringing your family the kids your friends and even your dogs. Make sure to bring your favorite picnic foods as well as your adult beverages. If you don't wish to bring your food there are vendors available for hot dogs ,hamburgers and soft drinks. We will be setting up at the southern end of the park, this will be on the back right hand side as you enter the parking area. Pack up your PMA and join us for the fun!
Atlanta REIA June 6 Meeting
At our next Atlanta REIA Main Meeting on June 6th we are excited to feature the original founding father of today’s short sale techniques, Mr. Jeff Kaller. He has promised to share the refined plan he uses to turn over One Billion Dollars in negotiated short sale deals into his collective network. He plans to lay out a blue print for how you can fill your deal pipeline (he calls it his money funnel) with productive deals that will produce cash. It’s the same techniques that he used to save over one million homeowners from the perils of foreclosure.

Pete Youngs will be the speaker at this months meeting starting at nine clock in the morning at the Chattahoochee technical College of late road in Acworth.
July 7 Tour and Tasting
Our first tour will and tasting was quite a success and due the input from the attendees we will be doing this as a quarterly event. Our next tour and tasting will be on July 7 for this one we are going to upgrade just a little bit and request a sponsor for food during the tasting. We're Having a Tour and Tasting
Come on out April 28 the last Thursday of the month for a tasting and a brew tour. Following Haves and Wants at 330 we will be listening to how the 5 Seasons produces their wonderful beers. Kevin the brew-master will be taking us through his brewing process. We will also be having a beer tasting sampling five of the distinctive bruise of available, while the tour is free the tour will have a nominal fee of $10. We look forward to seeing you there.
Home Wise Realtor Event
Thursday, April 21 from 11 to 1230 Home Wise will be hosting an event for all of our realtor's. The topic will be how to implement a perfect marketing plan in less than 24 hours. This will also be a forum where you will be allowed to present one of your listings please come prepared.

Atlanta REIA has Andy Heller Monday evening at the W. Hotel everything starts at 530 and then on Saturday starting at 9 in the morning North Metro REIA has Monte Smith from Entrust speaking. I'll be looking for you at these events.
Pete Young's Mr. Rehab

We had 21 attendees at our first fall meeting of this year. Among those attending today was Mr. Bill Bagby from Ironstone bank, we would like to thank Bill for coming and invite him to any and all meetings he wishes to attend. One of our regular attendees Steve Brown, went into surgery yesterday for a knee replacement, we all wish Steve the best and hope for a very speedy recovery. Atlanta REIA does having their monthly meeting on Monday at the Doubletree on Roswell Road the doors open at 530.

Another excellent turnout today with 24 attendees. We had four first-timers this week with one gentleman Kyle Ward who was looking to purchase a property near Piedmont and Peachtree to develop as a condo hotel. John Munson was also in attendance and looking for some expertise for conversion project going from an apartment to an active senior rental project.

it was a very good turnout today with 25 attendees. We were pleased to have Diane Bowman from Florida who is one of Robert Kiyosaki's mentors in attendance, welcome Dainne. Several of our members announced that they were in the process of going to contract my number of different deals, it seems that our portion of the market is still quite active. Another well attended meeting today with 22 people. Our members went to contract on three deals this week in excess of $650,000. we want to remind everyone that Auggie Bylott will be speaking at the North Metro REIA meeting on Saturday the 11th. Fulton County started back to school this week but we still had 17 attendees. We had several new attendees this week including Sal Sanzone a lender dealing in both hard money and conventional products, I currently have Sal looking at three of my projects. I'll let everyone know how this progresses.

August 5 meeting
We had a pretty good turnout with 19 attendees today. Our members have teamed up to close another $150,000 in deals and submitted contracts a little over $2 million in the last week, I guess the market is not quite as down as some would have us believe.
Two reminders one N. Metro REIA meets this coming Saturday and the main speaker is from Entrust and will be addressing investing from your retirement plans.
