Hayden School District G/T Program - G/T Identification

Identification Process:

  1. Student referred by parent or teacher.
  2. Checklists completed.
  3. Student brought to the building RTI* team for review
  4. Comprehensive portfolio developed with assessments as needed.
  5. Second review by RTI team. If identified G/T steps 6 & 7. Not identified G/T step 8.
  6. Identified G/T with Advanced Learning Plan developed.
  7. Annual Review
  8. Not identified G/T Classroom accommodations discussed if needed.
