Identification Process:
- Student referred by parent or teacher.
- Student brought to the building RTI* team for review
- Comprehensive portfolio developed with assessments as needed.**
- Second review by RTI team.
- Identified G/T with Advanced Learning Plan in place and/or identified Special Ed. with IEP in place.
- Annual Review
*Response to Intervention
**Assessment may need to be completed by the Special Education team and the G/T team in the building.
