Dear Parents,
Its hard to believe it's already the end of the year and graduation/promotion day will be here soon.
Here is the plan for graduation/promotion day.
The date: Wednesday, June 15, 2011
The ceremony will begin immediately following the daily mass.
Please have your child/ren at school by 8:00 a.m. that day.
All Children Participate In The Ceremony.
The 3/4s will be the Promoting Class (Ms. Rosanne's room)
The 4/5s will be the Graduating Class (Ms. Binky and Ms. Marcella's
room)
Where: Holy Family Church
The children need to be brought to the Preschool by 8:00 a.m.
Then you may go to the church.
If people are sitting in the front pews they should leave when the mass is over.
Sit/wait in the back and then move to the front when the mass is over.
A reception will follow in the Lunch Arbor.
We usually dismiss everyone around 10:00 a.m.
You may take your child sooner if you would like.
What to wear: Sunday best or party attire.
