PRAY

Please pray daily for all who come in contact with the volunteers that they will see the LOVE of JESUS CHRIST in our deeds. Pray that God uses our words and actions to lead them to the cross.

On a Mission

HizKidz Ministries was organized by Toni Cates in order to show the love of Jesus Christ to teens who are in the care of Montgomery County Youth Services.

Toni's vision is to use her God-given skills to decorate the houses that the teens will call home for the time they are in the care of MCYS.

Our mission is to make ourselves available to God, that He use us to reach troubled teens at Montgomery County Youth Shelters, through interior makeovers, in order that all come to know His Son, Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.


The goal is to makeover at least 2 rooms a year.   We have budgeted $2000 per makeover. This goal can be accomplished with monthly financial commitments or one time gifts.  Those $5.00 donations really add up and all money given will be designated for the makeover.  Of course this effort can not be done without volunteers who are willing to help with the actual work of painting, moving furnishings in and out, sew, decorate and just show the "crazy love" of Jesus while working hard.

HOW TO DONATE TO THE DECORATING FUND

To support the shelter decorating project at MCYS, make your tax deductible donation by mailing a check payable to Montgomery County Youth Services to the following address.  To request your funds be earmarked for this project, include “Shelter Decorating Fund” on the memo line of your check.
