Dear Scouters,
The Hoyt Alumni Association (aka HAA!) in conjunction with the Hoyt Camp Masters invites your unit to be on the ground floor and be part of an exciting new activity.
“Disc-Golf”
--- (If you haven’t heard of it, just ask a Scout!) ---
We are building a 9-hole (basket) course with a possible expansion to a full 18-hole course.
We need your support in this effort.
We are asking that your Unit sponsor building a hole.
$200 includes all the material to build one hole on the new Sherman Fairway, from the tee to the basket.
Talk it over at your next Committee Meeting about a great activity in your own backyard at the Hoyt Scout Reservation.
Please email info@HoytScoutCamp.org for more information on the project or to discuss your contribution. Please make funds payable to “CT Yankee Council – HAA”.
Thank you for all you do and help in getting this done.
Greg Zap – Hoyt Ranger
The Hoyt Alumni Association (aka HAA!) is a sub-committee of the Hoyt Campmaster in conjunction with Connecticut Yankee Council-Boy Scouts of America. Our main purpose is to better the Hoyt Scout Reservation located in Redding, CT to support the youth of today and to ensure it will be available for future generations. HAA! supports the camp through different programs including monthly mini work parties, a major work party, fund raising and donation efforts, major project planning and implementation and of course having fun while doing all this. Membership in HAA! is open to all.
