After a wonderful Christmas program, the Sunday School children and teachers have returned to continue in their 2009-2010 rotational program.  Children ages 3 through high school are participating in exploring age appropriate studies each Sunday from 9:30 to 10:30am.  At the same time, an Adult Sunday School is offered in which a deeper look into your faith, beliefs, and the teaching of the bible will be discussed.  You do not need to be a member to enroll your child or participate in adult studies.

You may have noticed the beautiful quilt displayed in the hallway the last few Sundays.  During this time, the Busy Hands group sold raffle tickets to gracious supporters enabling the ministry to continue in its mission to make and donate quilts to those in need around the world.  Cindy Sansale is the lucky winner and will take home this gorgeous quilt!  A special thanks to all who helped in this project.  All church information is located on the church website - click here to view.

O.C.C. Boxing Party is on Sunday, Nov. 8th from 11:45am-1pm.  We'll fill shoe boxes with age appropriate "boy" and "girl" donations of toys, candy, personal care items, and school supplies and then wrap them.  We accept cash donations too!  Please bring your unwrapped donations to the church and don't forget any empty shoe boxes you can spare!  Call the church at 630-553-5368 on how to donate cash and for additional information or gift suggestions.  All future events are posted on the main church website - click here to see the calendar.

Immanuel's Second Annual Ladies Shopping Event was Saturday, November 7th from 10am to 1pm in Heritage Hall.  As the day unfolded it quickly became another hit!  New and returning vendors enjoyed a busy time and guests had a chance to take a few things of their gift lists!   A nice day was had by all and the THIRD annual shopping event is already being planned.  See you next year!   Want to be a vendor in 2010?  Call the church office at 630-553-5368.  All future events are posted on the main church website - click here to see the calendar.
