"I have absolutely loved living in this rental! If it weren't for me needing to relocate to the East Coast for work, I wouldn't even consider leaving this home! My favorite part is the home office. I love the private entry door for my guests, and when I am on conference calls I open the sliding doors in my office and walk out to the backyard to enjoy views of the golf course, and great sun! I should also mention the Master Bedroom and private balcony overlooking the city. The master bathroom has an amazing shower with 4 body sprays and the bathroom has a large window right above it perfect to enjoy views while taking a bath. My girlfriends favorite part of the house, without question, is the kitchen! All of the upgraded appliances, pull out shelves, the advantium, built in fridge, and butlers pantry are all amazing. She also loves the central vac and how easy it is to keep the house clean! When we first looked at houses in this neighborhood, we almost chose a similar one that was renting for $3900/mo and we are so glad we passed it up and found this deal. At $2850 there is no question that it is a steal! Plus, the landlords are extremely nice and we have had absolutely no issues at all."
