JACKSON DEFEATS KAMIAK IN 4TH QTR
The Lady Timberwolves were able to come back with a strong 4th quarter effort to knock out the knights in a Friday Night match up. Fueled by a large Jackson fan base at Kamiak HS, the team rallied from a 7 point deficit to start the 4th quarter by holding Kamiak to 4 points and scoring 21 to get the W! Fantastic Finish! Next Up Cascade on Wednesday, December 14th at CHS!
Jackson Opens League Play with a WIN!
Great efforts by all players in last nights win over Edmonds-Woodway. JHS Girls picked up the Defense in the 2nd Half and the Offense followed. Playing as a team there were many contributers, with points and rebounds.

Jackson Girls Bball had an exciting game against Lakeside last night. It was a close one and the Jackson Timberwolves came out on top 42-41! Way to Go Ladies!

2011-2012 SEASON STARTS TODAY!
Welcome to the 2011-2012 basketball season! It's finally arrived! Tryouts start today at 5:30. We are happy to have back our returning players and welcome in our new ones!

Two Bball Players Sign NLI for different Sports!
Wednesday November 9th was a big day for Jessie Murphy and Kristin Stoffel. Both signed NLI's to commit them to playing a sport at a college. Jessie will play soccer for Northwest University in Kirkland, WA and Kristin will play basketball for Seattle University! Way to Go Lady Wolves!
Fall Ball Starts This Week!
The Fall Sunday League Starts September 11th at Edmonds Woodway HS. Game times are 10:30 and 12:40! Go T-Wolves!
Oregon City Tournament June 17-19th
Girls finished the weekend with losses against Shadle Park and Emerald Ridge in Puyallup. They finished strong in the last game Sunday . Great bonding times at a local funplex where the girls tested their rope skills and driving skills!

Oregon City Tournament June 17-19th
Girls started out the tournament Friday night with two games. First game against Evergreen Vancouver which they led throughout winning handily 57-28! Getting to the game with all the traffic was the tall order .
Second game of the night was against Mead of Spokane who were State champions two years ago. The game went back and forth the entire night. The girls fought hard and played great as a team ending up losing by only 4 points 50-46.
Next game is on Saturday at 2:15

Snohomish Tournament June 3-5
The Timberwolves played some ball this past weekend, and played very well! The T-Wolves lost only 1 game in pool play, to reigning state champions Lewis and Clark. Jackson came to play and lost by only 2 points!!! Great Effort! Sunday, the team played league rival Edmonds-Woodway. The Lady Wolves prevailed in Overtime to get the Win! It was great to see the team together on the court again. Next up is the Spring League at Edmonds Woodway....starting the week of June 13th. GO T-WOLVES!

Jackson Season Ends vs Ed-Woodway
JHS Girls lost to the Warriors Wednesday evening in a loser out District Playoff Game. It was a hard fought battle. The Timberwolves got back into the game after a slow first quarter...but just couldn't finish on top against the ranked Warriors. We will get them next year!
TWolves Gut Out the Win over Stanwood
Jackson came from behind to take down the Stanwood Spartans in the first round of District play. The T-Wolves started slow in the first half and dug a big hole...but were able to overcome the deficit in the second half to surprise the Spartans and move on in the winners bracket. JHS plays Lake Stevens at Marysville Pilchuck on Saturday at 6:00 pm.
Emily Coacher Named Super Sub!
Emily Coacher was named as one of the areas "Super Subs" in the Everett Herald last Saturday
Coach Jeannie Boyer: Coacher “is very versatile. She is a defensive stopper for us. She guards any position from point guard to post and has a nose for the ball. She is one of our best rebounders and seems to pull down a key rebound or get a key steal when we need it most.” We couldn't agree more! Congrats Emily!
Kaitlyn McArthur Signs NLI with U of Great Falls!
Kaitlyn will become a member of the Lady Argonauts basketball team next fall. She signed her University of Great Falls National Letter of Intent today after school! Congratulations Kaitlyn! We will be following your new team next season!
T-Wolves Top Bruins
The Timberwolves overcame a slow start to win the Wesco South contest topping the Cascade Bruins 60-42. The game started a bit sloppy, but JHS came together as a team to get the win! Great Job Ladies!
SENIOR NIGHT THIS WEDNESDAY 1/26/11
Come to the Den this Wednesday and help us honor our seniors! Megan, Kaitlyn, Emily, Kerra and our manager Makayla have all been with the program these last four years. Let's send them off with a bang and win our game vs Kamiak. Show up prior to game time to applaud our Upperclassmen!
Jackson Girls lose tough one at Home to Edmonds Woodway
The girls played with heart but ended up a little short to Edmonds on Friday night. The final was 64-51. Come out to support the girls next week! Go Wolves!

Jackson Misses Opportunities vs Lake Stevens
The T-wolves lost their third game in a row versus Wesco North Teams on Wednesday night. Poor shooting, missed opportunities, and turn overs were all contributors to the loss. Friday night has Jackson back in the South League to finish the season and to get ready for Districts.
Jackson Suffers Tough Loss in Double OT
The Timberwolves played with heart on Saturday night against the Monroe Bearcats. The game went to overtime with a 3 pointer by Sierra A. Tied again at the end of OT, the T-wolves had one more chance to seal the deal, however it wasn't in the cards for us tonight. Kristin S. ended the game with 18 rebounds (19 points), Kelli K. had 13 rebounds (15 points). Tough loss, but good things will come from these tough games. Great Effort Ladies!
Jackson Executes in OT Over Arlington
The Jackson Timberwolves secured a win over Arlington down the stretch on Monday Night. The Eagles led at halftime, but Jackson was able to get the lead by the end of the game. Kelli K. scored 30 points in the game. Sierra A. scored 6 points in OT(17 total in game) to seal the victory. Great Job Jackson!
Jackson Snaps Snohomish in OT
The Timberwolves pulled off a great win in overtime against the Snohomish Panthers on Tuesday night. Kelli hit a 3 pointer in OT to seal the deal! The defensive effort held them to the end for a win!
Jackson Girls open Holiday tourney with win!
The girls opened with a nice win over Redmond 64-40 at the Wesco Kingo tourney being held at Redmond. Nice effort ladies!

JHS GIRLS Crack Cascade
Jackson Girls had another great showing of team effort against the Cascade Bruins. The Timberwolves beat the Bruins 68 to 42 on Thursday night. The game had a lot of starts and stops with fouls being called left and right! Jackson buckled down, got down to business and hit the shots that they needed to. Great Job Ladies!
Jackson win with strong effort at Kamiak!
The girls finished with a strong win this past Friday night against Kamiak 71-45. The girls shot over 60% in the first half to cruise to a strong victory. Their record in the early season now sits at 3-2! Cheer on the girls as they play a home game next Wednesday at home against Cascade.
Jackson lose close game to Edmonds Woodway
The girls led for three quarters against a tough Edmonds Woodway team. They came up a little short in the 4th quarter but suprised Edmonds throughout with very tough defense. Holding them to just 46 points.
Jackson girls win at home against Lakeside
The girls pulled away to beat Lakeside 54-45 in a non league game at home Saturday.

Girls lost a tough game to Lynnwood 61-51. Next game on Saturday against Lakeside at 7pm at the Den. Come out to support the team! Go Wolves!
Jackson Girls open Season with great win at Glacier Peak!
The Jackson girls opened the new season witrh a great win over Glacier Peak in their gym. They started the game on a 10-0 run in the first quarter and never looked back! Final score 67-50 with a great team effort provided by all! Great job ladies! Go Wolves!
