I was able to stand about 20-30 feet away and witness it. Words can not describe how awesome it was - I can't wait for the kids to see on Sunday (video to follow once we can upload it to you) The right side of the trailer is taken down (3909/3910)

IMG_3920.JPG 2011-02-28 The fence is now complete and before they trap me in I exit the demolition zone ((3918/3920) 11:15 I leave the site to run an errand. 11:25 - As I drive by I snap a few more photos from the car (3921/3922/3923/3924) - the entire building and trailer are completely knocked down! The fence is up and we are ready for phase 2! The tennis courts are still standing - tennis anyone! The crew tells me that they will come down at a later date. I hope that you enjoyed hearing about this special morning. I am so happy that I was able to share it with all of you. I am counting the minutes until the kids can see it on Sunday! I can't tell you how happy it made me that I was there to document this for them (and the JCC). I truly feel that by seeing the photos and videos the kids will be as excited as I am about the new building and feel that they were part of the process. I will continue to take photos on Sundays and keep you all posted. Michelle
