Hello Classmates and Happy New Year!  I hope this note finds you and yours' healthy, happy, and ready to enjoy a new year. Wishing you the best year of your lives!  

Tim Pike and other members of the class are conceptualizing this summer's annual social and get together.  Your input for an appropriate timeframe, i.e. June, July or August and activities is much appreciated using our website.

This summer we want to emphasize events/activities/ideas that will allow us to enjoy quality time together. Here are several examples to think about -- 1) a Friday or Saturday no host Happy Hour at a local pub/restaurant, 2) Saturday golf scramble golf at the Janesville Country Club, 3) a social at the JCC Clubhouse after the golf scramble to bring everyone together in a relaxed casual environment, and/or 4) a picnic at a city park on Sunday.

WOW!!! What a great weekend was had by all in Janesville.

Thank you to The Argonauts & The Watering Hole for the Friday night slam....can we say PARTY!?

Thank you to Mike Kuehne for guiding the tour of the new & improved Craig High on Saturday morn. We missed you Saturday night, Mike.

Thank you to Knee Deep, The Janesville Country Club and all of you who attended and made this the success it was! If you missed it, well...YOU MISSED IT! I think the 50th better be a week-long event...too little time and it passed so quickly. Lots of emotions going on here right now....I already miss my old friends and my new-found ones.

Thank you to the rest of the committee for a job very well done indeed...we made this the Best Ever! danny, the picnic was great...sorry we didn't have the turnout we had hoped for, but the food was wonderful and the company was the best!

The planning committee has extended the invitation RSVP deadline to be May 31^st. Given there are various reasons classmates have not responded yet we want to offer everyone ample time to support the 40th celebration.  The amended invitation RSVP with our new date is attached below.

Hello classmates & Happy New Year!  As you know the Janesville Craig High Class of 1971 has reserved the Janesville Country Club for our 40th reunion. Included at this Caribbean Theme evening are Jamaican hors d'oerves and casual dining, cocktails, beer and music, along with great conversation and dance.    A big thanks goes out to all classmates who attended the golf outing and reunion meeting. It is important to note that we as a group have raised enough monies to continue our mission for the 40th Reunion. The next and most important meeting will be this October 2, 2010 at Macs Pizza Shack in Janesville on Milton Avenue. We will have a 3 to 4 hour meeting to form committtees and finalize our plans. I'm sitting here just hoping we can find EVERY single classmate we graduated with. AND! That almost every single one will attend our 40th in 2011. For those of you who feel you were treated unfairly, join the club. I think no matter what so-called group any of us were involved with, we all had our own insecurities. That's just a fact of life and a part of growing up. I know we are all beyond that "high-school" intelligence now and  I can guarantee everyone will have the best time at the 40th. Tim, Tommy, Charlie & I are striving toward that goal. We need everyone's help, though. Any ideas or suggestions will be gratefully accepted and considered. This is OUR reunion...it does not belong to 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 persons. It belongs to each and every one of us just as our dreams have. Stay safe,

We want this next reunion to be one that will never be forgotten....in order to do that we need your input. Thank you to those of you who HAVE replied...alot of good ideas. Diane Cronin, you kill me, girl! I think we should really try to locate our patched patched patched bell bottoms from Florida and see if we can still squeeze into them. Highly unlikely. At least on my part!

The reunion people are doing a wonderful job. I am really looking forward in see so many more people than the 35th.
