Easy Shrimp Fettuccine
Tonight we are having Easy Shrimp Fettuccine (if Caroline will wake up from her nap soon so I can go buy the shrimp!) If I don't make it to the store we are having plain fettuccine alfredo and will save this for next week :) We get to try lots of seafood recipes since it is Lent.
Last night we had yummy tortilla soup at the Gilmores. Thanks Sarah!

Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute shrimp in butter for 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Add the parsley, garlic, lemon juice, broth, salt and pepper. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until garlic is tender. Drain fettuccine; top with shrimp mixture.
