I'm so glad you have joined our little family. Hey, have you seen my hawk? And since you live so close..anytime you want to try your hand at shooting hummingbirds you can stop by. Hi Josh! So, remember we were discussing lighting!? .. Well, we were camping last weekend and because my dog loves, loves the Mountains..she wants to go by about 6 am...and sometimes I can tell her to laydown and she gives me another 1/2hr sleep...but this weekend..she got me up and I left with my camera...and got some really good pics of the sun breaking over the mountain into a valley of flowers! I don't have them up yet...but they're coming! But I had to tell you that I thoughtof some of your pictures as I sat on the log waiting for the sun to come through the tall pines! :0)

I know you want a Nikon and you'll probably get one soon enough :) They're great cameras. No telling how great you will become with your skills, you're pretty good now :) I use a Canon Rebel. I kinda think of the difference between the cameras, Nikon, Canon, Sony, are like different car brands, its about preference at that point. You can't go wrong with the will to learn and a good camera :)

The way you see things throught the camera is fantastic!! The sunset shots are beautiful! I love the country looking ones. The tire swing and the old pickup. I think those are my favorite. I am going to continue looking around. Thank you for sharing and Welcome!!!
