Jack Kent Cooke Foundation Scholarship for 7th Graders

TO BE ELIGIBLE - Due April 16th

You must be entering 8th grade in the fall of 2012.
Since the beginning of 6th grade, you have earned grades of all or mostly As in school with no Cs in your core academic subjects (English/language arts, math, science, social studies/history).*
Your family adjusted gross income must be less than $80,000.**

Test Security Form For Teachers

You need to fill this online form out two different times. First, when you receive these test booklets and again when you return these booklets to your testing coordinator. Since both sections (issued and returned) are required, you only fill out one section and in the other section; you will need to input "NA" in the boxes.
