Hi there...glad you could stop by. I live in Northern BC Canada. My husband & I have 2 grown children & 1 grandchild (only 1 darn it!)
I love taking pictures. My favorite part of Shutterfly is being able to make something for someone I Love and seeing their reactions. Something so simple to do can be so rewarding - it truly is better to give then to recieve & Shutterfly makes it so easy!
Thanks for stopping by, I love your comments. Always fun for me! I hope all is well. I really love the header pictures, the b&w is a really great picture :) Is that your daughter?
Have a wonderful week. (Your scrapbooking is wonderful.)
Lisa :)
PS: I only have the two old cameras but I think they're great. I saw them at a yard sale and thought those are cool. The one actually has flash bulbs that came with it.
Hi Kim. I love the new headers, winter is my favorite and your pictures are so neat looking and make me long for snow. Not likely to see that here in Texas :)
I am slowly dipping my toe into the digi world and your books are oh so inspiring!!
Have a wonderful day, Lisa :)

I'm loving your 365 digi pages. I'm seeing so many people do these and they are great. I need to do one myself but just didn't get it started and now nearly a month has gone by. Love it. Hope all is well and warmer. As I see in one of your digi pages i was -27...ouch!!
Cindy
Hi Kim, I bought a Jessica Sprague class and am liking it, thought I'd tell ya because I saw you put that on someones site, I have forgotten who. So far I like it. I tend to like very basic things, I want the picture to do the talking. Maybe I'll be able to put together something nice after I'm done. Love your books.
Have a great day,
Lisa :)

I see alot of people doing those but I just haven't gotten around to it. I'll be behind before long unless I get to it. I love you template selection it will be great and full of memories by the end of 2009! Again, thank you for your inspiration.
Hi, I saw your site on Cynthia's site and wanted to stop by and say hello. I love your book section, they're really great, you are gifted at this. I barely have time for site hopping and checking out the gallery, I wish I had more time and space on the ol computer at home. Definitely a project for down the road.

I am glad i stopped by your site; i have just started getting into digital scrapbooking and i really enjoyed looking through your pages you have done. My first go around has been enjoyable and definitley a learning experience; i have posted the book i am currently working on, on my site under the scrapbook heading. I have only completed the cover/back and a few pages, but thought i would put it out there and see what others thought. Hope you stop by and I will see you around.

First of all...love the header photos. 2nd I really like that 365 day project. I always say you must work on your art alittle bit everyday. Great idea....:)
Did I tell you.."you rock"....front row at AC/DC. When you said something funny happened on the way to The Cirque on Ice show I thought it was a joke and was waiting for a punch line...hahaha
That was a 360 degree turn of the night! I love it....
Hi Kim,

Hi Kim! I love your digital scrap layouts. So cool. You are very talented. I love your work. Great new profile pic.
Thanks for stopping by my site too. The collage page is fun and so easy to do. I saw it on another site so had to do it. Pop back over when you get a chance and put your picture on my map.
Have a great day,
Joey
Hi Kim, Just popping in to say hi! Your site is fantastic as always. Love all the photos. Thanks for popping by my site too. Talk to yu soon. Joey
Hi Kim,
Just popping in to say hello. Your header pic is making me a little nostalgic for summer and warm weather. Hope all is well!
I wanted to pop in and say hello, am I reading right you saw Sir Elton! I am so envious - he is a legend. Sorry to hear about the computer. That happened to us and we bought something called rocketfish - my husband put the old hard drive ? maybe in it and we were able to recover everything. I don't think it even cost over $50. You might do some checking.
Take care
Hey Kim!
Just dropping in to say hi. How was the Elton John concert. I read that you lost everything on your computer. I have had thatv happen far too many times. I love looking at your header. Makes me want to go to Paradise! Hope all is well and have a great weekend. Joey
Hi Kim,
Just popping in to say hello. That header image is making me want to travel to someplace green and blue and tropical. What paradise. Gorgeous photo. Hope all is well!
Your site is so blue and wonderfully bright against the black background. I LOVE your French Polynesia photos!!! I haven't been able to view the share sites too well lately. I'm worried my computer is just too old to fully take in all this glory.
I'm working on getting an upgrade though!! I so much want to do what you have done, with the digital classes, but until I get that new computer, I am not able to.
YOU have inspired me to really get there though!!
Kim
Just wanted to take a peek at your sight. I love all your photos and I love your digi scrapbook pages. I'm just starting to get my feet wet and as I look at your wonderful pages I have to ask myself "how did she did that?" My mother-in-law is from Canada but lives in PA now. My husband remembers every summer going to Canada as a kid to stay and play for the summer. Hope you have a great day.
Cindy :)
Hi Kim,
Can't wait until you get your books page going. I'm a bookworm myself, and would love to swap recommendations. Hope all is well with you :)
Hey Kim,
Just checking in to say hi!! Hope all is going well.

Kim,
This is such a gorgeous site - love the header image. And fantastic that you have a page dedicated to poetry. I'm going to have to pop back in and spend some time in that section.
Hi Kim,
just wanting to stop in and say hello. If you are interested in embedding books to your page, theres a great article on the blog that Rachel did. It's soooo easy, i thought it would be hard. Keep up the great work. Joey
Kim,
I love that header pic, I just back from the beach but it sure did not look like that. That picture made me relax as soon as your page popped up. You have a beautiful site and I look forward to getting to know you better.
Hi Kim. Your site is beautiful.I love your photo and how you tied it in with your color scheme. I'm a grandma too and I have two! In fact they are with me right now for 5 days of Arts and Crafts Camp/ They're 5 and 6...how old is yours. I'll be back to your site but I just got a chance at 5 PM tonight to answer my e-mail so I wanted to respond to your invitation. Welcome to Digi-scrapping. I'm addicted...it has become a passion. I'm anxious to see more of your site but better go for now.

Another busy month with work and it has been to cold to ski this week! Darn it anyway - exersize indoors isn't the same is it? While I was doing my floor exersizes with weights our cat Scruffles laid beside me on his back and started lifting his paws in the air. It was hilarious! I guess he's getting flabby abs and thought he should do his own workout. He kept doing it for about 5 mins - my girlfriend and I laughed till we cried! Our daughter Ashley was up last week for work meetings so she spent the weekend before going home. We skiied on Sat and Sun so that was great. Ron's birthday was on the 12th and we went to friends for dinner - I just made the cake - you know the old standby - Angel food tunnel cake - simple but yummy! It was great fun but Ron was pretty tired since he had been up since 2:30 am. (he works early and long in the winter) I am supposed to go to Whitehorse, Yukon with Ashley to visit next week but I don't know if I will go if the phones are still so busy. It's been to long since I have since our little granddaughter - they grow way to fast!
Wow was it August when my Computer blew up? I'm almost back to normal - hard drive reformatted, a laptop for backup & a years worth of accounting entered and sent off to our accountant Yay! I just finished the 1st video tutorial course on digital scrapbooking from Jessica Sprague and I am on her 2nd one (Type & Writer) What fun - I can really recommend her courses they are awesome. Actually a fellow Guru Barb was the one who recommended them so that’s how I got started. I am getting back into Shutterfly and I am working on a few christmas presents...one can never start to early right? I'm also excited because I am going to see Elton John in Concert in Calgary.
I leave tomorrow - early - earyWell the concert is Friday night but I have to drive 6.5 hrs to Grande Prairie and then fly to Calgary from there. I am meeting a girlfriend there and then flying back to GP on Saturaday. I'm going to take a little side trip on the way home and see our daughter & son-in-law. - only a few hours out of the way.
Thanks for all your kind comments - To answer a few questions:
My favorite "free" digi site has got to be http://ikeagoddess.blogspot.com/
A lot of the products I buy seem to come from http://www.designerdigitals.com my favorite designer has to be Katie Pertiet from that site.
Our grandaughter is going to be 2 tomorrow...they live in the Yukon so about 12 hours north of us. We hope to get up there in the next few weeks to see them again before winter - 2 weeks in the summer wasn't long enough!
PS: Kelli - thanks so much for adding a saying on my Poems page - I've never seen that one before so thanks for sharing it with me.
I'm having a lot of fun trying out Digital Scrapbooking. Trying to figure out PSE has been interesting to say the least. I now have CS3 and I'm kinda scared to start intergrading the two. I definitely need 3 or 4 more hours in a day! We returned from a trip to French Polynesia in May and my goal is to finish a book on our trip...BEFORE Sept 1...otherwise it may not happen till after Christmas. So far I've done about 28 pages...I'll keep plugging along...
