This is how it should be labeled

This is all you need to take a smear of hemolymph, this is also for pathology

make this cut first then use scalpel to remove connecting tissue below this area

Brown area is gills (light tan in a new molt), heart in the middle
upper gut
urinary bladder is bright yellow and diffuse, eyestalks removed and brain behind
gut line
pyloric & cardiac stomachs, forgut, midgut, hindgut, also need rectum sample

try to find this first, it is very hard to locate without reference points
