Hey Davey!
We had a wonderful time! It was absolutely perfect. I honestly cannot think of anything that we needed that wasn't there for us. We enjoyed every minute we were there and rarely left!! (we had to come back to Rochester on Tuesday morning for a school orientation and we hurried back because we were missing our time there!) Some of us had never kayaked and we are now hoping to buy some of our own.
Thank you for allowing us to share your home - it is truly lovely. If things work out ... I'm sure we'll be back again! Thank you again for such a perfect end to the summer.

We just wanted to send a quick note to tell you how much our family enjoyed our week at your “Kismet Cottage”. The weather was great and your house was fantastic. On our way back to Rochester on Saturday, we took a drive over the Harriett Hollister, and although it was raining, the view of the lake that is on your card was still beautiful. Thank you again,

We had such a wonderful time and really appreciated the beauty of Kismet! Dave was very helpful and kind. Rick and Sheila as well! Rick went so far as to put hooks and sinkers on our boy’s fishing poles, as the bait/tackle shop on CR 37 was closed. The boys caught 10 little fish off the dock and were thrilled! It really felt like a home away from home, and I loved every minute! Thank you so much.

Our family had a wonderful time there. We had day visits by four of my brothers and sisters and my mother, "discovered" kayaking as a new hobby, fished, roasted marshmallows, ate well (too well!) rested, read good books, visited relatives and explored the area of my youth. It was a memorable and fun time for us all and we sincerely appreciated the opportunity to rent your cottage for a week. The neighbors on both sides were very kind to us (one neighbor even gave us some fishing tackle!) and Dave was very helpful and courteous. Thank you very much.

Davey We just wanted to say thank you. Your house is beautiful! The cottage decor is lovely. We rented a pontoon boat and the boys did alot of fishing. They caught some really nice/big fish. We already know that we would like to come back next summer. Please let us know availability at your convenience. The neighbors in the nice brown cottage were very friendly and gave good fishing advice. Dave was very pleasant and helpful. What beautiful scenery. It was fun just going on boat rides and looking at the beautiful views. Thanks again. We will be in contact.
