RESIDENT CRITERIA :


1. CREDIT:  NO MORE than 4 accounts in collection or charged off  

NO Evictions & NO Bankruptcy in the past 7 years   

We dont consider: Medical collections OVER $500, Cell phone collections or cable colections.

Collection accounts from an apartment complex will be denied. Even if collections are paid.

2. INCOME: Must be 2 times  the amount of the rent income must be verifiable by pay stubs. 

A parent may apply as a co-applicant to supplement the applicants income requirement.  

3. RENTAL HISTORY: Must have 1 year of verifiable rental history.

4. At least 3 years of Employment History we can verify.

5. MUST have a valid SS# or establish credit
