March 2011 a gag order was placed on the owners by the board who run the day-to-day common grounds only and collect our monthly $81.87 which $30 is for the mortgage each month. This year the attorney looks at our Covenants which protect us from any radical board action. The law is by U.S. Constitution, State Statutes and the Sheriff's Department for violation of rights and safety , County codes, then our Covenants, in that order.

Brighthouse is striving to get 100% committment for our dollar. Please be aware this would be attached to your property whether you become unhappy with their service, you travel up north, decide to close up and see the world, or specifically if you already have another service you prefer. You will pay for both - yours, and the service Ed Grabau has chosen (Brighthouse), 12 months a year. No turn off. And particularyly if something unforseen should happen to our residents as it does to some, a lean on properties if not paid. This "bulk cable package is given to condominiums. We are individual homes with our own property. Apartments and condominiums are generally approached with this type of package. And do you really want another commercial station coming specifically from Lake Tarpon Village powers that be? The discounted $41.99 charge will then be charged each household in 2015 $21,288.93 a month at this year's price, in 2015 the price will be more, taxes and cable never go down. Has anyone here ever had an accounting problem with a cable company? At $21,288.93 a month there is no room for error.

The bulletin stated: "Promotional pricing. Subject to change." $13.15 from the $41.99 listed as present per unit per month DOES NOT include "mandatory taxes at the full listed price, and additional "service fees" attached always bringing the figure to double the price. Ed Grabau did not get that when he showed a mere $13.15. Once there is control there is increase, always. It stated 8 percent increases along with this offer.
