What beautiful images! Our area is obviously blessed with very talented photographers.
The disgruntled photographers might want to consider taking a spelling course. Their rants contained these misspelled words; disappointment, application, awful, recommend, and we're.
Congratulations to all of the contest winners. They should all be very proud of their amazing work, just as we are proud of them.

Tony, Mellissa wagner is my wife not my daughter. She is 46 years old I am 48 years old.She entered the picture as wildlife not youth pictures. read her aplication its right in front of us as we speak. Another reason your contest is flawed .look up her entry aplication. hope this does not happen to anyone else in the future, what a dissapointment Tony.

These photos are beautiful and every year I look forward to seeing the amazing work by the talented photographers in southeastern CT. The past 2 years I have missed the deadline but very much look forward to tossing some of my photos into the mix next year. Well done, everyone!

It's unfortunate that Melissa Wagner's photo did not win any ribbons and that she felt compelled to leave the comment below. It's sad to see that she and her husband Dan lack the grace to accept the loss and to be happy for other's success.
Dan sent me the following email message:
"The winning pictures were awfull [Sic] and the winners were all from the shoreline. ????Were [Sic] not poor sports . We have won several photo contests and our mentors even think these are very bad choices of winners. We will in the future not recomend [Sic] anyone to enter this contest, Its a joke!"

What a wonderful collection of photos. We certainly have photographic talent who have shared their prize photos with us. Thank you for having this contest. We, on the Shoreline, appreciate our town and its beauty even more now that we see what these photographers have presented to us. Keep up the excellent work.
