Spoelstra said: “We’re so thrilled for LeBron because of all the unjust criticism. He has proven he’s a transformational, once-in-a-generation player. There is a brilliance to his game. And you add his work ethic and thirst to always get better. When you’re the best player in the world and still want to get better, that’s inspiring to the rest of us.”

First of all We LOVE LeBron James !!!
Here's some info about 'Our Grandson', aka 'Our Boy', 'My Tallest Grandson', etc.
His birthday is December 30, 1984. He was born in Akron Ohio. Gloria James, his Mother/best friend named him, LeBron Raymone James. In Akron, his nickname is 'King James'. He's also nicknamed 'King of The Court'. His height is listed at 6' 8", but he's really shorter when he bends down and gives us Grandmothers hugs and kisses.
He was #1 overall pick in the NBA draft by the Cleveland Cavaliers out of St. Vincent-St. Mary High School. He loved posters as a kid. His favorite posters, now including himself included Allen Iverson, Tracy McGrady, Magic Johnson, Penny Hardaway, and of course, Michael Jordan.
His hometown has only have one major newspaper, the Akron Beacon Journal. LeBron dominated the sports pages here and the Cleveland Plain Dealer. His pre-Cavalier accomplishments outweighed what was happening in some of the pro teams.
When he was still in high school can you believe NBA superstars such as Shaq, and MJ were in attendance for his games? A few of those games were even televised nationally on ESPN2.
If you watch him eat, or write it will be left-handed. Watch him shoot - lookout, that right hand will surprise you, in fact, both hands are surprising! He wears glasses for real.
He liked talcum powder as a baby. Notice his pregame ritual. Micheal Jordan had that fetish too!
He's rich. He shares. He gives back to the community. Ask any kid that's been involved in the Bikeathon. He's involved. He's a warm, sincere, a really nice guy.
He's kind and he's loving. He has made us proud, despite any decisions the rest of the world may not understand. He's a good father to LeBron Jr born on October 6, 2004, and to Bryce Maximus, born on June 14, 2007. Their mom, LeBron's Sweetheart of all time, is Savannah Brinson. She is a beautiful young woman with a beautiful aura, and a sweet personality. She appears to be cool, calm and collected anytime she's being photographed, or when seen in person. Often at the sports arenas the tv cameras begin clicking once seeing her or Gloria. They are really one happy family.
Most of all, LeBron is a humble, fun loving guy, a really nice guy. Look forward to him breaking all sorts of records in the NBA. Young. Already, he is a B2B MVP. Yes, he's a back to back most valuable player for two straight years, and one of the youngest to achieve the honor.
In July 2010, while a Free Agent, LeBron made what will always be known as "The Decision". He had choices which included the NY Knicks, the Chicago Bulls, the LA Clippers, and the Miami Heat. He went on national tv, an ESPN live television broadcast audience, while at the national headquarters of The Boys and Girls Clubs in Connecticut. He did not choose to remain with the Cleveland Cavaliers. He went to South Beach, to play for the Miami Heat.
Talk about heat! Wow!! Northeastern Ohio was in a tail-spin. Cleveland Cavalier fans did not handle the situation well. They burned uniforms, tore down posters, poor, riot-type behavior unbecoming for fans that enjoyed an Allstar for six years, a back-to-back MVP, and a future NBA Hall of Famer without a doubt. The owner, Mr Gilbert was fined $100k by the NBA for his heated words in an open letter to LeBron. His scathing remarks added fuel to the fire. In fact, a teamate and friend of LeBron's, "Z", Zydrunas Ilgauskas, a 14 year Cavalier veteran decided to also join the Miami Heat. Wow, maybe Mr Gilbert should have put his letter into draft mode.
The NBA Commissioner, Mr Stern had been notified of LeBron's choices prior to the televised event. He was disappointed by the media influenced 'Decision', and felt LeBron was ill-advised only for the show itself, but not the choice.
It is our hope that LeBron's NBA dreams of championship rings, gold medals, keys to the city, parades, and whatever else our Grandson envisions all come true, because we know he'll be coming home.
'How Ya Like Me Now' should be his new theme song. Since his arrival in Miami, the hype has been over extended due to the free press. But that's been his entire basketball life. From his St V days up until his first game with the Heat. Nothing but a majestic forum. He's the best player that has come out of Akron Ohio. The Cavaliers were nothing without him for the first year.
We all knew the score would reflect his enthusiasm for the game. He really lit up Cleveland Ohio for seven years. When Cleveland went to Miami, he again let them know that he had game, but did he play with the tenacity he usually does? The answer is 'No'. LeBron, our boy, has so much passion when he plays, but he also has the inward ability to be humble, and truly a team player. No, he did not overstate his talents at that game. He let the entire Miami Heat fan base know that HE knows D-Wade is their king. Like a prince, LeBron stepped his game up only when needed, and allowed D-Wade to shine throughout the remainder of the season.
According to his 'Tweeter', the Akron Beacon Journal, and other media, he has remained at the top of his game for Akron's future educational goals. Rather than continue the earlier concept of the annual Bike-a-thon, he has been encouraged by the James' Foundation to begin working with third graders from single parent households. After strong deliberations, constant reminders of his own life, and input from the Akron Board of Education, the new "Wheels for Education" will kick-off in August, 2011. It will be a new venture LeBron's sponsors, the State Farm Insurance Company, and other local venues. He's our MVP of all time. (He's won the NBA MVP 3 times, and there's room for more!) Hope he gets two rings in the near future! (NBA Championship and one from SB)
Watch out! LeBron will be mighty when he plays in the next game for seasons yet to come. He will remain as the Akron 'King of the Court', and our Grandson.
' King of the Court' is now what he is. Along with his team, the Miami Heat, they won the 2012 NBA Championship. LBJ was so very happy. There are pictures of him, teamates, and, family members. He won the 'Bill Russell' MVP Award for the championship games, and it was given to him by Bill Russell. LBJ is finally happy. Just looking st him after they had actually won game 5 almost made this writer cry. Akron, Ohio is proud of our boy. He is our internet as he is a 'WWW', the 'world wide web known as LeBron! The 2012 Olympics will be next on his 'to do' list. Wonder what's next after that!
Depression
is not an option. We will rise up above all of the negative things the media has shown, especially around the NE Ohio area.
. This is his DESTINY. On the left hand side, click Pictures please.

And King of the Court he is! After he resolved his anger in 2011, LBJ came back to 2012 with a 'new attitude'. He not only won the NBA MVP for the third time, he and his team, The Miami Heat, won the National NBA Championship. LBJ won the MVP for those games. That award is now named after the great player, Bill Russell.
