~Little Miracles~

  

We are now open to serve children from 6 weeks to 4 years old in Oak View and Ojai Valley.  Little Miracles is 100% owner operated,  located off of Hwy 33 , I offer pre-school curriculum for toddlers that are ready, music play, water and outdoor play, daily walks to the park, arts and crafts, cooking, free play and much more.   I’m C.P.R. and first aid certified, have taken a health and safety class from the Red Cross, have had a background check and fingerprinted as does my spouse.  Hours are M-F 6:30 am- 6:00 p.m.  Throughout the year we have special hours so parents can have a date night or take care of some errands on a Saturday afternoon, included in regular tuition for full time children.  

 

This web site is help keep parents up to date on what kids are doing and learning. Communication is very important between parents and the provider to maintain a positive learning environment for all children involved.

I’m the momma of two little princesses; Olivea 3 and Lauryn 1 year, I’ve been with my spouse, Aaron, for 6 years now.  I decided to start this day after my job and employer increasingly got in the way of my # 1 priority, my kids. After my second maternity leave with my second daughter my prior employer had made it quite clear that they were not happy with the Dr. putting me on stress leave at 23 weeks so I decided that it would be a great time to start a Daycare. So here I am.  I have been around young children my entire life, when I was in my early teens till after I graduated I babysat for different kids of all ages and special needs.  In jr. high I volunteered at a local pre-school and in high school I was a nanny for a few summers for a local business owner.  I have had nieces and nephews since Jr. High that I have helped care for them as well.  Now I’m raising my own girls and learning so much from them every day.

DO YOU HAVE A BACK UP PLAN?

I try to give as much notice for as I can if I'm going on vacation but if I get sick or have an emergency sometime its out of my control and I have to close my day care for a day or so. I strongly recommend to my families that they have a back up plan so they do not have to miss work. I offer temporally/drop in care for families that have another main provider. If you would like to enroll in this service please contact me. I do not charge any enrollment or material fees for this service. I'm just here if you need me in short notice.

Right now I usually have 1-2 infant or toddler spots open for drop in. I also try to put on the calender if I know in advance that I will have open spots. Please check back regular to see what I have open?
