The LMVSC Patriots U11 Academy has 3 Academy teams that compete in the Washington Area Girls Soccer League (WAGS) and the Old Dominion Soccer League (ODSL). The teams train year round and participate in winter indoor soccer, soccer training camps, and pre- and post-season soccer tournaments.
Developing players is the primary goal of the coaching staff. In order to do this, we continue to challenge and provide avenues to keep each player’s technical and tactical skills improving in order to maintain and improve the competitive level of the teams.
Our U11 Academy teams always welcomes talented, hard working, and committed players born on or after August 1, 2002 with the aspiration to play at a competitive level. If you are interested in learning more about our teams, please email Esteban Maldonado at email@example.com or call 703.499.6424.

Coach Esteban played soccer collegiately at James Madison University and in high school was a three-time first-team All-State player at Edison High school in Virginia and was also named Washington Post All-Met Player of the Year.
Coach Esteban’s philosophy is that travel soccer should focus on player development by focusing on technical skills and tactical awareness so the players will have individual and team success at the travel soccer level and build skills that will allow them to succeed in soccer beyond travel soccer.
