Take a look at this sample of the flexibility you have to customize a share site at Shutterfly. Then return to the Family Share Sites project page at LocalArchiver.com to read step by step instructions that will help you be up and sharing most quickly.
These share sites can be used and customized for many purposes.
Before you look further, notice that the title to this section is customized. As you customize a Shutterfly Share Site, you may customize section titles, use many text tools for color, size, font, etc., and may add, eliminate, and change the order of the sections in the site. Additionally, you may add pages and move sections to later pages as you see fit.
I have limited permissions to comment and change many sections. However, you have the flexibility to allow "members" and/or "guests" to comment and edit each section as you deem appropriate. The share site can be very participatory.
When you are ready to go, see more tips and hints at the Family Share Sites project page at LocalArchiver.com.

Use a journal section to communicate requests or notify others of events, changed schedules, or just about anything. Note that you can provide an attachment just as with an email. Also the calendar icon is optional, but useful to let readers know when an update was posted.
Also notice that you have control over whether site "Members" or "Guests" have permissions to comment, edit, or add to various sections. Permissions can be granted by you for the entire site or by section.
Add text sections wherever you like to the right or left column. Text sections could be used to describe an upcoming family reunion, the process for a youth sports team tryout, information needs creating a roadblock in a genealogy project, etc.![]()
Although I have not included a video section, you may add one and simply link to uTube or another video clip anywhere on the web.
