Chilly Greetings! Wow, what a great big taste of fall we have gotten this month.
We've sure been busy this past month. We have studied bats, spiders, pumpkins, ghosts, and the seasons. It's been fun and the children continue to amaze me each day. They are truly a delightful class and I am very blessed.
We had a VERY “SPOOKTACULAR” Halloween party. A HUGE THANKS to all of our parents who were able to come and help out with all the fun. You were wonderful and I was lucky (and oh so thankful) to have you there. The pictures will be posted soon so be sure to stop by and take a peek!

A Great Beginning!
It was great meeting all the new kindergartners! Thanks also to all the parents who attended Open House. I hope you found it to be informative and helpful for your child. From all of the smiles I saw it looked like everyone was excited and anxious to start our year. I am confident it is going to be a terrific one filled with enriching experiences. The kids were very excited and eager to begin participating in our routines and learn new rules. It is very typical for the kids to be nervous and tired during the first couple of weeks. Once they get into the routine they will love coming to school!
July 10th
I have been enjoying my time home this summer with my family and watching Cayden grow. Can you believe he is almost 10 months old? This summer, I keep finding myself at school, searching the web, or reading all about Kindergarten. I am grateful that I had the chance to teach 3rd grade last school year, but I am excited to be back teaching with the best kindergarten teachers in WI. I am truly lucky to be working with such a great team!
