Stage Left
Stage left is about 20 feet long and was 8 feet tall.

Behind Stage Left

Stage Left with 1 light
We had to get one light on to start to see it take shape.

Center Isle
Here is the look from the rear of the church. Notice the "Bamboo" on the pews. We cut the carpet tubes in half to give us even more bamboo poles

Stage Right
Stage right is 18 feet by 4 1/2 feet tall due to the screen being above it.

Stage Left fully lit
3 lights were used behind this one. I am a DJ and my lights worked out perfect.

Center Isle
Paw prints going up the isle towards the front.

Center Stage
Here is center stage backdrop on our canvas 3 ways that we made many years ago. These canvas backdrops have many, many years of VBS paintings on them.

Stage left with the Pond
Almost finished Stage Left with the addition of the pond.

Stage Right Completed
2 lights were behind this section.

Finished Set
Once again people were amazed what I can make out of about 30 dollars worth of supplies.

Sailor Jack

Sanctuary Setup
This was the stage setup that we used.

Stage Left
Stage left with the shack and start of the dock.

Center Stage
Here you can see center stage. We had the dock come out 8 feet. We did most of the talking from this section of dock.

Stage Right
Right side of the stage. Here was the boat and also the large crocodile that was coming out of the water and eating our projection screen.

Shack
Closeup of the shack. Not real big, but I think it turned out nice.

Vicki & Skeeter
Skeeter and Vicki acting out one of the skits. Once again we used the section of dock that came out into the kids.

Memory Verses
We are doing the motions to the memory verses. Kids loved each and everyone of them.

Firefly Finale

Nothing like a little singing in a boat. Maybe I would have got going better if I would have used the oar to paddle instead.

Well we have come to another year of VBS.  What a great year it was.  We averaged 46 kids a night, with 65% of those not being directly related to the church.  Thanks again to the many volunteers that helped make it a success.
