Practice Information:
We practice every Monday and Wednesday from 4:00-5:30ish. Monday practices will consist largely of drills, while Wednesday practices will be centered around a pick-up game.
Practice Location:
Practice is being held at the 9th Grade Campus football field. Students must find their own transportation to the practice field, but many returning players are happy to drive students who don’t have cars.
LEAVE NO TEAMMATE BEHIND!
What to Bring:
You should wear soccer cleats, shorts, and either a dark shirt or a white shirt (however, be sure to bring the other shirt because you may be asked to change colors for pick-up games). (Never wear grey as it's too close to both light and dark.) It is recommended that you bring plenty of water in order to stay hydrated. Ultimate is a sport that requires lots and lots of running.
